In the same vein, does anyone have a strong opinion on cell phone service and the never ending iPhone v Blackberry debate. I don't have any outstanding commitment to a cell phone carrier and have had positive experiences with both devices.
Wired magazine readers and other technology-inclined business school students: please point me towards useful articles or just tell me what to do. Thanks.

I'm very much in favor of iPhone rather than BlackBerry. Take a look at my post on the topic for more thoughts. http://www.bschoolvoyage.com/2009/07/iphone-vs-blackberry.html
Good luck with your new Mac. I got the regular MacBook but am quite happy with it.
As a recent GSB grad:
The macbook air should be more than enough computing power. BUT working on excel on a mac is painful. really painful. if you intend to install windows on the mac than go for it. otherwise, i might opt for a thinkpad. (if not a design oriented mac than at least a work horse)
i would go for the iphone. had both iphone and blackberry but actually find typing on the iphone easier after a while.
enjoy these amazing 2 years!
Hi
I found your blog through Google search and I noticed that you are/were a MBA student too. My classmates and I recently launched a website (www.mbaNERDs.com) providing free case summary and discussion area for MBA students. In this way, people can better prepare their case study before the class and network with other talents around the world.
Please feel free to take a look and let us know how you feel so that we can improve our services. If you like our idea, please also tell your friends who are still in MBA program. I believe this would be a great help to them! Thank you so much!
Best Regards,
Allen

I love my tablet PC... I started at Sloan this summer and love using it for notes and homework. I blogged with more details:
